At SÖL you will experience a pure dining experience with inspiration from the Nordic kitchen. The menu is shaped by what our surroundings have to offer — exceptional vegetables, fish and meat from local suppliers.
The drinks list reflects the food — a focus on natural wine alongside house-made juices and beers from local producers.
We are proud to work closely with the finest local producers in the Rogaland region. Vegetables from Hanasand, beef from Nyyyt, and Jerusalem artichoke and wild garlic from Brimse — the seasons and nature set the terms for what ends up on the plate.
Nayana & Claes
Restaurant SÖL is run by Nayana Engh and Claes Helbak, who have worked at acclaimed restaurants across Norway and abroad. Their shared passion for ingredients, technique and hospitality is the heart of what SÖL has become.
